Excellent breakfast spread with homemade surprises, clean rooms with a lovely atmosphere in rustic settings, free parking available.
Wifi connection inconsistent at times, weak water pressure in the shower with tricky temperature adjustments, bathroom privacy compromised due to glass doors making visibility awkward, location requires a vehicle for access to city amenities, limited ala carte options in the restaurant with an underwhelming experience during evening hours.

i was almost ready to write a glowing review, until i saw the heavy glass bathroom doors—practically an invitation for awkwardness! the lack of dining options from the restaurant left me pining for real culinary delights. being a guest like no other, i expected at least a complimentary gesture but got none. truly disappointing.

Absolutely loved my stay! The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and breakfast felt like a feast with so many delicious options. The wellness center, especially the sauna, was a nice escape from the rain. Although it took a bit to get in, the cozy atmosphere made up for it!

Family with children will love it
The breakfast was massive, like a buffet thrown together for a king! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the view was killer, you could see the mountains and hear the church bells ringing, just beautiful.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it’s still acceptable.

Spacious Rooms and Amazing Breakfast
The rooms were spacious, modern, and had balconies with stunning mountain views, making for a relaxing stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring a delightful mix of hot and cold options that changed daily—temptations like crispy bacon and fresh fruits. However, I wished for better communication about room assignments as we didn't initially get the mountain view we paid for.

The rooms were cozy and quiet, with friendly reception staff always willing to help! Breakfast included an outstanding variety—croissants and bacon but the location was a bit further from the center than expected.
A few more pillows would enhance comfort.

The Deluxe Family Room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with an adorable loft area that the kids loved, although it might be a tight squeeze for adults. The mountain views from our private balcony were stunning, and the wireless charging stands in the room were a sweet touch. No complaints about comfort, but I wish they provided a couple more pillows. Great for family bonding, but just a tad cozy for larger groups.

good stay with minor inconveniences
The breakfast spread was truly impressive, featuring a variety of options that made mornings delightful. The kid's playroom was a fantastic addition, allowing our children to have fun while we relaxed. Plus, the staff displayed a level of hospitality that made us feel warmly welcomed. Moreover, the bus stop right outside made it easy to access the city.
However, the location was a bit far from the city center, requiring transportation.

I had a great time during my stay. The sauna option offered a nice chance to unwind after a long day. However, I had to eat pizza in the hallway as eating in the room was not allowed. This wasn’t a pleasant experience and made things awkward. As a European traveler, I appreciate places that communicate rules clearly, yet I found the staff friendly. Overall, a cozy place with good food options and parking.
